At Purely Pawsome™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (such as grooming tools, used pet products, or washable pads that have been opened or used).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will resolve the issue promptly.
