Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer promotional free shipping during select campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your order anytime through our Track Order page.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Purely Pawsome™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee recovery of the package.
